Annick - 40 weeks, Luca - nearly 33 months

Les beaux enfants!

Annick:
- CRAWLING.  When she feels like it.
- SAYING MAMA.  When she feels like it.
- still a squishy little ray of sunshine
- taking steps, pulling up to standing, getting from tummy to bum with ease
- noisy.  Boy is she noisy.
- loves musical instruments, can get a sound out of a wooden pipe and a harmonica
- haircut #3!
- BITING.

Luca:
- still a chatty little parrotbox
- wants everything Annick has
- is adorable, says things like, "I has sand in my bundt" and "whatsamatta Annick?"
- does not eat vegetables
- naughty.  Has already taken permanent marker to most of mama and papa's room (blinds, duvet, pillows, dresser, bedside table...) and is getting a bit rough with Annick.  Is learning about the concept of time-out.
- is obsessed with eyebrows.  OBSESSED.

The two of them together are still a pretty charming pair though who clearly adore each other as long as they're not annoying the heck out of each other (so about fifty fifty probably).

Luca annoys Annick by constantly touching her eyebrows.  Annick annoys Luca by biting him in response.

You can practically see her rolling her eyes as he tragically lies prostrate on the floor.

Annick might have needed that third haircut.

She's much neater now.

But the head whirl is still there!

Luca loves to build build build.

Annick likes...

... to knock things down.

She's picking up the crawling fast (she favours a straight right leg and a crab elegance).

She's learned early about the value of bling.

She's eating watermelon without chucking it up again - the only food she couldn't tolerate when smaller.

But she's still a squishy little angel baby.

Luca is slowly learning to love the beach.  Sloooooowly.

He loves his Ah Kong.

He finds ice cream a bit cold.

And 28 months later, is still adorable on Tua Ee Poh's sofa.
