Annick 26 weeks (6 months!), Luca nearly 30 months (2 and a half!)

Sibling dependence.

Annick:
- endless, endless raspberries
- chatting away, mostly with 'yayayayaya' but also sometimes 'da' and 'ga'
- another cold boo hoo
- drinking from a sippy cup and still eating like a champion
- haircut #2 - FINALLY

Luca:
- non-stop language development!
- speaks mostly in English but understands both
- all about Maisy
- gets naughty in the afternoons
- favourite words: 'Luca', 'share!' (as a command, not an offer), 'regarder mama' (a request to sit at the bench and watch the cooking), 'cooking', 'stir stir stir'/'brasse brasse brasse', 'it's a house'

- EATING.  LIKE A PRO.
- ROLLING.  Not so pro.  Needs to be rescued from her tummy after she rolls during her nap.

Luca
- bla bla bla bla bla.
- all singing, all dancing!
- favourite phrase: "something draw!"
- complex thinking - points at a tree that looks like a hand and says, "looks like a hand!"

Annick eats banana.

Why hello there pretty lady!

Luca's recipe for baba ghanoush - after roasting your aubergine and scooping out the innards, chop it up and make a garlic paste to add to it.

Squeeze in some lemon, add some parsley, tahini and yoghurt.  Taste.

Season and enjoy!

Annick - 22 weeks (5 months!), Luca - almost 29 months

Annick:
- as promised has discovered her feet
- bitey
- getting better at day sleeps, still rubbish at night
- le premier petit dent de lait!
- first tastes of real food - miam!

Luca:
- learning to read!  Can recognise lots of letters and numbers and likes to point them out on the street, at the shop, on the tram...
- can spell his name
- can climb a ladder
- non-stop chatter and new words and sentences - favourite words include: chocolate (of course!  pronounced 'toxlik' though), Luca (also of course!), papillon, rabbit
- is all about the trucks and cars - vroum vroum!
- favourite book at the moment: Stuck by Oliver Jeffers - maman pretty much knows it off by heart now and may need to hide it or burn it.
- loves singing - nursery rhymes with maman during the day, les chansons avec papa la nuit
