Why hello there pretty lady!
Luca's recipe for baba ghanoush - after roasting your aubergine and scooping out the innards, chop it up and make a garlic paste to add to it.
Squeeze in some lemon, add some parsley, tahini and yoghurt. Taste.
Season and enjoy!
