At 11 weeks.  The rest of the mothers group laughed at us.  Most of the other babies don't have any hair yet.  (They might also have suggested that Luca had 'Justin Bieber hair', enough of a reason to get it cut on its own.)

The final result - just a head!

Dix semaines

Wow!  Un beau garcon de dix semaines.  Hourrah!!!

Apres le bain on voit les vrais cheveux.

Eight weeks - the first real smiles, more 'talking' and graduating from newborn nappies to 'infant'...
