At 11 weeks.  The rest of the mothers group laughed at us.  Most of the other babies don't have any hair yet.  (They might also have suggested that Luca had 'Justin Bieber hair', enough of a reason to get it cut on its own.)

The final result - just a head!

A bit of stray hair on the tongue.
