Passata, pasta, pesto, pastiera

This weekend we made sauce.










And inspired by dinner at Rinaldo's in the King Valley, we made pasta with pesto and cotechino sausage.



And finally Jason got his pastiera, almost like matante Cecine's, but not quite.
